The price depends on the size, floor and view. Prices start from $950 per m² for Black frame (shell) apartments, from $1,100 per m² for White frame and from $1,400 per m² for Green frame. Ask the manager for the current price.
There are three options: Black frame, White frame and Green frame. They differ in how ready the unit is for further finishing work.
Yes, there is a 24-month interest-free instalment. A mortgage of up to 10 years is also available from our partner banks with a down payment from 20%.
Construction is due to be completed in Q2 2028.
