Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and third-party services the soloresidences.com website uses, why they are needed and how to change your choice.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. On subsequent requests, the browser sends it back to the same website. Some cookies are deleted when you close the browser or after a short time; others are kept until they expire.
The soloresidences.com website belongs to Solo Residence LLC (identification code 445647417). How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
The website and the enquiry form cannot work without them, so they are always on and do not require consent. All of them are the website’s own (first-party) cookies:
- session cookie: keeps state between pages, such as errors and the data you entered if the form needs correcting;
- XSRF-TOKEN: protects the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery (CSRF);
- solo_consent: remembers your choice for the “Analytics” and “Map” categories. Its value has the form v1.<a|->.<m|->: the format version, then “a” if analytics is allowed and “m” if the map is allowed, or “-” in place of either letter.
3. Analytics — only with your consent
Until you allow analytics, its scripts are not loaded and its cookies are not set. With your consent, we enable:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google). Sets the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies and sends Google the addresses of the pages you view, the referral source, browser and device information, your approximate location based on your IP address, and on-site events. We see only aggregated statistics.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms). Sets the _fbp cookie and, if you arrived via an advertising link, the _fbc cookie, and sends Meta the page address, your IP address, browser information and on-site events. Meta may match them to your Facebook or Instagram account to measure advertising effectiveness.
- When you submit a Lead, the website tells both services only that a Lead was submitted, without your name or phone number.
4. The map — only with your consent
Until you allow the map, the website shows a static map image served from our own server and a link to OpenStreetMap.
With your consent, an interactive map is loaded: its pieces (tiles) are requested from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom). The map sets no cookies, but when loading the tiles your browser discloses your IP address and technical details of the request to the OpenStreetMap Foundation. The Foundation processes them under its own privacy policy (osmfoundation.org).

6. How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent for the map, it is immediately replaced with a static image; if you withdraw it for analytics, its scripts stop loading. Analytics cookies set earlier can be deleted in your browser settings.
Your browser settings also let you block or delete any cookies. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, the enquiry form will stop working.
